DeepBrand Analysis uses real consumers in-store visits to capture competitor pricing, promotions and shelf placement. We photograph products, product displays and promotional material. Our on-the-ground agents' visits are captured with geo-location data, time and date stamped. The data provides a comprehensive understanding of the brands, products and prices within a category. This retail data is paired with a market penetration study to understand brand awareness, repeat purchases and preferences. We benchmark performance against category leaders and identify customer personas based on attitudes and buying behaviour. If you are not already in market, then DeepBrand data helps you prioritise which markets you should direct resources to.

DeepTest Insights is purposefully curated to engage your target customers through our sourcing network and panels. They are everyday customers and not seasoned or trained participants. Tests or trials are conducted in a controlled environment. These can be group tests or in-home tests or full-blown immersive ethnographic exercises – how deep we go depends on how much you want to know. For well-validated content pieces, we recommend at least n=30 participants across key demographic metrics or categories. DeepTest is 100% consent-released and recorded, including individual testimonies.
